Spread The Word

Last night a deadly tornado tore through the little town of Joplin, Missouri, leaving debris and heartache in its wake.  One of my very best friends, Molly, lives just a few blocks from where it touched down.  Luckily (for her) it turned south and she came away unscathed, but for the hundred more that lost their lives and the thousands more that are mourning the lives, possessions, and life-as-they-knew-it now gone, yesterday was anything but a lucky day.

In disasters like this its never clear why it happened.  To who it did.  When it did.  But what does become very apparent is that tomorrow is never promised - for anyone.  So take a moment and tell the people you love that you love them.  Right the wrongs you've created, and forgive those for whom you're harboring a grudge.  This could be your very last day - or someone else's - so turn out the light at night on a day worth living.

Mols and me!

So to leave this post on a happier note, I'll go first.  I love you, Molly!
So glad you're ok and I love you dearly :)
